Mark joined Nextend in August, 2009 and is responsible for managing the overall sales and operations of the company. Prior to joining Nextend, Mark was responsible for building and leading the global sales organization for Environmental Resources Management (ERM). Within two years, Mark created an industry-leading sales management infrastructure that resulted in a historic earnings contribution of 23% and 19% revenue growth. Before joining ERM, Mark was a senior executive at IBM where he optimized IBM content across lines of business into viable client solutions growing sales through business process outsourcing from $150M to over $1B per year, as well as identified $500M of net new opportunity for 2006. He also held senior positions with AT&T and BellSouth. Over the past 20 years, Mark has demonstrated great success working closely with clients to solve their pressing challenges. His unique combination of work experience in both the environmental and technology space enable him to understand and craft solutions to overcome the major challenges they face.
Mark, a U.S. Navy veteran, holds a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from the prestigious Thunderbird School.
Jim came to Nextend in August 2008 from a worldwide electronic trading firm where he served as Director of Finance and Controller. Jim’s expertise in financial planning and analysis has been instrumental in the reorganization of Nextend’s financial structure to improve operation and prepare the firm for investment opportunities. Prior to this position, his 19 years of progressive experience and responsibility in finance spanned such firms as Hewitt Associates, Ameritech and R.R. Donnelley & Sons.
Jim has an MBA from the University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
As a founder of returns management provider Pro Active Solutions, Lou was the motivating force for expanding the service offering into IT asset recovery and the establishment of R3 Systems Group. With a strong process engineering background, Lou interprets client needs and facilitates processing requirements accordingly. Prior to devoting his full time to Pro Active and R3, Lou was with KPMG Consulting where he served as a reengineering project leader for clients ranging from the U.S. Army to Sony Electronics.
Lou holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from DePaul University.
