RecyclePLUS is our premier recycling program, offering the benefits of an audit with itemized reporting, by serial number, and detailed certification of data security measures performed in compliance with U.S. Department of Defense 522.22-M standards. Upon completion of the audit, Nextend takes title to your assets, alleviating your organization of the liabilities associated with electronic waste disposal.
RecyclePLUS offers a reporting package that includes:- Audit Report – Detailed account of all items received by serial number; parent/child relationships included
- Certificate of Data Destruction – Certification that all storage media has been either been eradicated of data (per U.S. Department of Defense standards) or destroyed
- Certificate of Title Transfer – Documentation that Nextend has accepted ownership
Recycle is Nextend’s most basic IT asset disposition program. Title transfer of assets is immediate, alleviating your organization of liabilities associated with data security and e-waste disposal. A simple report is issued, capturing each asset type and unique characteristic (e.g. serial number or asset tag number) with a statement ensuring data security and responsible recycling measures are met in the handling of your assets.
Nextend believes in the Basel Action Network’s (BAN) Electronic Recycler’s Pledge of True Stewardship and is currently pursuing e-Stewards® Certification, ensuring all items are disposed of in the safest manner possible – never left in a landfill to release toxins into the environment and never exported overseas.
